Hi, Redditors!

I’m that classic 9-to-5 employee you’ve all heard about – stuck in the airline industry, doing just fine but secretly side-eyeing my life choices and thinking, “This can’t be it, right?” After years of procrastination (PhD-level, I might add), I had this epiphany: “Bro, just start something. ANYTHING.”

So, I did. I launched a clothing brand called THEKALK – no, it’s not short for calcium. It’s my brainchild, up and running within a month (because sleep is for quitters, apparently). Now, my full-time job is to market it and my part-time job is to learn how not to cry over Instagram algorithms.

Am I sure it’ll work? Absolutely not. Am I stressed? Maybe. But hey, even if it doesn’t, at least I’ve learned more in a few months than I did watching 127 YouTube tutorials about “finding your passion.”
