I worked on launching my build in public project for 2 weeks. Opened beta access last Friday and today I made $1591 so far. It was a rough start with the original idea as feedback made me change direction. I am so happy I listened! I changed ReviewDeal to become an AI Review Management Solution for local business owners and startup founders. Focusing on Google My Business and TrustPilot. I love helping Agencies, SAAS, and service providers so it is a perfect target market. I had over 200 early signups on my waiting list during launch. Once I announced Beta access is opened I started getting booked appointments. I took some appointments on Friday and opened some slots for Saturday (I’m a workaholic haha). I started a new Stripe account for this project to collect payments. Instead of using Supabase I used HighLevel for the backend database and system. Bolt for website and Netlify for domain. Claude for the copywriting ideas. My goal is $10,000 MRR within 3 months and $20,000 MRR within 6 months. I will use a mix of Linkedin and cold email to get more users. My AI insights newsletter (25,000+ subs) for promotion. I also added a resellers page at the bottom of footer for those who want to resell the AI reviews management system. This was a good first build in public experience on Reddit, X, and BlueSky. I built my newsletter and AI voice chat agency in private last year. This might be my last update on ReviewDeal as I switch to growing it in private but may share updates in my Discord or newsletter. My next build in public will be more fun. Name is MeetBookie. Idea is a NBA sports betting gamification. Me Vs AI in player prop picks. I trained AI on my last year wins. Players will get to pick either my slips or AI slips (Similar to Banker or Player). Option to play both slips. Can play your own slips to see if you can beat AI in winning bets. Will launch by NBA All Star Weekend!
