The idea is to create a fully functional level 1 (for now) support assistant that can handle support tickets, answer customer queries, and seamlessly hand off complex issues to a human when needed. I wanted to provide a cheaper alternative than what Intercom and big companies are providing. Intercom is currently a $1 per resolution.
It can learn all your companies processes and scan through all your historical tickets/emails and see what type of answers so it can learn and use them.
Project Overview
Stanley AI is an innovative AI chat support employee designed to integrate with existing CRM/chat support platforms or function as a standalone solution for websites. It aims to provide a cost-effective alternative to services like Intercom by handling level 1 support tasks, answering customer queries, and escalating complex issues to human agents. The AI learns from a company’s historical tickets and emails to improve its responses. Currently in beta, Stanley AI is being developed with feedback from early users to refine its features and capabilities.
