I love AI , and its ability to make the computer understand natural human language,. But there is something wrong with the whole thing , sending chatgpt text and running the code yourself is not programming. Its not offline , its not compiler-based or interpreter-based , its just chatting with an AI.
As the saying goes: if it doesnt exist , build it yourself . I’m building a compiler that works offline with an LLM embedded that takes human prompts and compiles it to javascript code. I personally chose javascript because its the most popular language and the language of the web.
